Not yet, but we are actively working to integrate with a widely used company to provide seamless smart water testing support. Stay tuned for future updates!

 

Does Ally  offer alerts for critical water parameter issues?

Yes! Once you enter your water test results, Ally will immediately notify you if any parameters are in dangerous ranges. In the future, with smart water testing integration, Ally will be able to provide real-time alerts automatically.

 

Can I track multiple tanks or pools with one account?

Currently, Ally is designed to track one tank or pool per account. While you can create multiple accounts for different setups, we are exploring ways to support multiple tanks and pools under a single account in the future.

 

Can I customize my reminders and notifications?

Not yet, but we plan to introduce customizable reminders and notifications by the end of April 2025. This feature will allow you to set maintenance alerts and personalized water parameter warnings.

 

Does Ally store my past water test logs?

Yes, if you are subscribed to a plan that includes data and conversation storage (often referred to as User Memory). This allows you to track your past water test results and monitor trends over time.

 

Will Ally learn from my input over time?

Yes! Ally learns more about you and the patterns of your aquatics over time. The more you interact with it and log your data, the better it becomes at providing personalized recommendations tailored to your specific tank or pool.

Yes! Through conversation, Ally can help you identify potential issues by asking and answering questions about your tank conditions. While it won't directly provide an exact diagnosis, it can offer recommendations based on observations and follow-up questions. AquaBot can also help you monitor the issue over time and suggest possible solutions.

 

Does Ally offer product recommendations for my specific tank or pool setup?

Yes! From the very beginning, you can set up your account and let Ally build your tank or pool profile. As you log data and interactions, Ally will provide tailored product recommendations to help maintain water quality, improve equipment choices, and optimize your aquatic environment.

 

How often should I enter my water test results into Ally?

It’s recommended to test and log your water parameters every 3 to 7 days for optimal monitoring. However, the frequency can vary based on user preference and the specific needs of your tank or pool. Regular logging helps Ally provide more accurate recommendations and track changes over time.

 

Does Ally work on both desktop and mobile devices?

Yes! Ally is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, though the desktop experience is currently more seamless. We plan to start developing a dedicated mobile app soon to enhance functionality and provide a smoother experience on the go.

Yes! Ally can still be used to ask questions, track your aquatic environment, and receive general recommendations. However, entering water test results improves accuracy and allows AquaBot to provide more precise insights. Yes! One of Ally’s biggest features is its ability to break down aquatic tasks into clear, step-by-step instructions without getting sidetracked. Whether it’s performing a water change, adjusting parameters, or troubleshooting an issue, AquaBot ensures you have a straightforward guide to follow.

 

Will Ally be available in different languages?

Yes, multilingual support is currently in development, but it is not yet available. We are working to expand Ally’s accessibility to users worldwide in the near future.

 

Can I share my Ally  data with other users or professionals?

Yes, you can share your Ally data with others, such as professionals or fellow hobbyists. However, since AquaBot currently supports one tank or pool per account, mixing multiple accounts or shared access may cause issues. We recommend sharing data manually for now while we explore future options for multi-user access.

 

What happens if I enter incorrect water test data?

If you accidentally enter incorrect water test results, simply speak with Ally, AI assistant, and let her know your true results. She will update your records and adjust recommendations accordingly.
